This page explains what data the Rose Garden Flowers website collects and how we use and protect it.
Orders and delivery
When you order from the store we keep your name, phone number and email address, the recipient’s name and address and the state if you choose delivery, the products and quantities, the payment method and what you write in the order note (your card message and delivery time). We use them only to confirm, prepare and deliver the order, and give the driver the name, phone number and address needed for delivery. Nothing is paid on the website; you pay on delivery or pickup, in cash or by card.
Card messages
We write your gift-card message exactly as you sent it, use it for nothing else and share it with no one but the recipient.
Accounts and the contact form
- Customer accounts: name, email address, password (stored encrypted), delivery addresses and order history.
- The contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, kept in the website’s dashboard.
- Replacement photos you send on WhatsApp are used only to review your order, and the chat is also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Cookies and what your browser keeps
We use only the cookies we need: for signing in, for keeping your cart during your visit and for protecting forms from automated messages. Your browser also keeps a copy of the cart to speed pages up. We use no tracking or advertising tools, and you can clear all of this by deleting this site’s data in your browser.
Retention and your rights
Orders are kept for five years for accounting, and contact messages for twelve months. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or the deletion of your account at any time from the contact page, and we reply within thirty days.
